Community Treatment Order

Allows a responsible clinician to recall you to hospital for treatment if you are under Section 3 and granted conditional community leave.
Who it applies to
Patients under qualifying treatment sections whose clinician believes supervised community treatment is appropriate.
Your rights
Right to a tribunal in first 6 months and yearly. Right to information, IMHA, recall conditions explained.
Time limits
First tribunal within 6 months, then yearly. Recall to hospital must follow specific rules; CTO ends when Section 3 ends or on revocation.

Apply to tribunal. Challenge recall via hospital managers; judicial review of conditions.
